Audio of Tiger Woods’ neighbor’s 911 call that lead to the discovery of the golfer’s Friday morning car accident has been released.

Here is the transcript of the man’s nervous call:

“I need an ambulance immediately, I have someone down in front of my house, they hit a pole,” came from what appears to be a male neighbor of Woods’ his voice sounds agitated.

“They’re laying on the ground,” the man continues, confirming that a car accident had occurred. “I see him and he’s laying down… It’s a black Escalade.”

Asked if the injured man was breathing, the caller said he was unable to tell from inside his home.

The call had a number of interruptions and static, with the 911 operator asking several times if the caller was still on the phone before losing the connection as he appeared to go outside to check on Woods.

The golf superstar released a statement on Sunday calling the incident “a private matter.”

He has yet to discuss the matter with the police who are investigating the incident.
