Bob Stoops may end up being the next coach of Notre Dame after Chalie Weis was fired.

Oklahoma coach Stoops may be ready for a change if The Fighting Irish offer him enough money and a long enough contract.

Stoops has had a great record with OU and taken them to multiple National Championships. However, he has only won one of these many title games. It is likely that he will turn around the Irish if he ends up going to South Bend.

OU would have a tough time trying to find a coach who is just as good as Bob Stoops. He takes gambles at the right time, knows how to recruit and hires good staff around him. Not to mention he is classy and a good sport.
