Tiger Woods won’t be participating in his own tourney after what occurred last weekend.

Tiger cited injuries in a car crash as a reason for his withdrawal from the Chevron World Challenge.

“I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week,” Woods said. “I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I’m very sorry that I can’t be there.”

Tournament officials are saying fans who want refunds on their tickets will get them next year. Fans who still attend will get a 20% discount on next year’s tournament.
