After seeing Shakira in her skin-colored leotard in the “She Wolf” video, Antonio De La Rua says she could have atleast worn a scarf.

Shakira has said that she will not change her style for anyone including Antonio (son of Argentian President).

It seems like Antonio hadn’t watched most of her music videos, as they all have a sexy style to them.
