One Swiss “Rocket Man” crash landed in an ocean off Spain when his jet propelled wing sputtered out.

Yves Rossy was planning on going from Morocco to Spain when he crashed off the coast of Tangiers. It happened after five minutes of his fifteen minute planned trip. He steered the jet pack with wings attached to his back.

Maybe he was trying to avoid the high cost of flying and baggage fees. Whatever the case, he took a dip in the Atlantic ocean but was luckily uninjured after rescue helicopters pulled him to safety.

Evidently planes and helicopters are the only way to truly fly safely.
